Reading Chaplin

Reading My autobiography by Charles Chaplin I decided to take out some quotes that inspired me. I recommend this book, for all who dream to a better future, who desire to grow into success using their imagination and fast decisions, crossing bridges over life adversity and make the best of their talent.

.... according to Mother my world was a happy one ....

One either rises to an occasion or succumbs to it.
Like playing the violin or the piano, thinking needs everyday practice.

... for work was orientation, all else was chimerical...

As usual I lived alone. But it had is advantages, because it gave me an opportunity to improve my mind.

I like friends as I like music - when I am in the mood. Such freedom however was at the price of occasional loneliness.

The boat adopts you, and cures you and, when finally she enters port, reluctantly gives you back again to the humdrum  world.

... in emotional chaos I went on....

Winter solitude

October extinguished itself in a rush of howling winds, cold as frozen iron, with hard frosts every morning and icy drafts that bit at exposed hands and faces .

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, we must protect one another, keep each other warm, share our strengths.

There is a rapture on the lonely shore

If you're lonely when you're alone, you're in bad company

The more powerful and original a mind, the more it will incline towards solitude.

Yellow leaves of autumn

One should be light like a bird and not like a feather.

*My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns*

Changes

I've come to believe that in everyone's life, there's one undeniable moment of change, a set of circumstances that suddenly alters everything.

Morning all

Un día me voy a despertar antes que mi celular y le voy a gritar ¡BIP! ¡BIP!¡BIP!
Para que vea lo que se siente.
